As much as I hate to complain, I hate to find insects in my food... I tired to contact the restaurant, but they didn't answer my calls, this accident happened on 29/11/21 ( Monday) around 6pm ..

The place looked very tired, rundown and old...dirty tables everywhere...upstairs toilet not working...downstairs toilet very dirty and smelly...
Burger was hot and fresh tho...chips was warm...
Only stop there for quick burger while waiting for the bus...otherwise I won't be going in there at all...
Never again will I go in there...

Worst run McDonald's I have ever been to. On a Saturday afternoon lost my order. Baldy organised behind the counter with receipts flying around. No organised system for processing orders.

This place is the definition of fast food made slow. Delivery’s are always late and they take zero accountability. I’ve been in the restaurant and see the just eat driver waiting maybe 15- 30 mins at a time for a single order, they need new managers that actually care.

Saturday 18/12 at 11:15 am, Manager rude, she no idea about Customer Services, in addition they do not check anyone, everyone can sit inside, the upstairs is closed. Full downstairs , Happy meal not available, where it was always available from 11 o'clock.

Food was good I love food.... Although I think that the price for what you get is a little steep at McDonald's, our local McDonald's has really set the bar high with their customer service.the staff are SO friendly and polite and nothing is ever too much trouble.......... McDonald's have obviously dedicated a lot of time training their team to look after customers. The food is always hot, fresh and tasty too.........I fully appreciate the cook fresh to order approach they seem to have adopted! Well done and thank you McDonald's .....................

Came in here with my young daughters on Saturday 22nd Jan.
Shocking behaviour from the man on security which I’ll be taking further. Order took 25 minutes and was rock hard and stone cold. Store was filthy.

Awful service waited 30 minutes for 2 X cheeseburger meals. Number 36 was my number. Staff sorting out new orders before they finish with the first customers. Either that or staff are not aware that the 30's come after the 20's. Because they were sorting the 40"s after 29 was called. A insincere apologies after waiting so long. Management can not organize staff or the workflow. Time for a change there. The security guy was just shouting at people to keep back. Even though they had been waiting as long as me if not longer. A bit of customer focused training wouldn't go astray in day to day skills in dealing with people. Fortunately for me I have other options to use better staffed and managed McDs in this city which I will be using in future.
