Stopped by here on a trip with my kids. Nothing special stuck out to me about this location vs other Arby locations. The food was good and service was fast. No complaints, but can't speak to anything spectacular to make me give it 5 stars either. If we were ever back in this area, we wouldn't have any issue coming back to this location

Well I rated this place before at 3 stars now I'm changing it to a 1 star. I'm very disappointed 3rd shift needs a new crew, food is cold. I ordered a double and a half pound sandwich, only got one sandwich in the bag. When I spoke to the man at the window I told him I didn't get all of my order, he looked at me and my buddy like we were dumb. We never got a receipt for are order. When the man seen that we weren't playing around he sighed and everyone was staring at us.

They took my order as soon as I pulled up... Waited 20 minutes to receive my order. After getting back on the freeway, I discovered my large unsweet tea was sweet. My curly fries were over cooked and served just over room temperature. The pita bread of my gyros was chewy at best. Some areas were so hard, I tore them off. Managed to eat the fillings, threw the rest away with the cold fries and drink. Not my best Arby's experience.

Saved the day when we had a miscommunication between friends about a service dinner. The manager was my hero when she was able to do a catering order with 2 hour notice on a Friday night. Seriously thank you so much you came in clutch when we needed food quickly!

The dining area was closed so we went to drive through. The guy working there was only giving us one soda instead of the 3 we ordered. When he handed us our food, my husband asked if that was everything. The guy responded, "Uhhhh, yeah I guess." When we got our food home, we were missing multiple items. We were very disappointed.

Food is splendid, what to be expected from the great variety Arby's offers in the fast food landscape. However, the loud christian pop music is highly offensive. Christian music? Christians should be offended. See Bach, etc. It's inconceivable that Arby's headquarters has OK'd this. Talk about giving Jesus a bad name. My guess... He'd say, "Forgive them Father, for they know not what they do."
My REUBEN and curly fries were wonderful.

Someone needs to send out the health department this place is NASTY!! Not a single napkin, not a single table wiped down and your employees ARE LAZY!! The little girl who took the order needs to get an attitude check before she is the face of an establishment fast food or not!! Do better lima!

Chicken ranch sandwich and regular Arby's sandwich were good. Husbands chicken salad sandwich was just okay. No pecans as it was supposed to have window employee was very nice
