So I thought I'd have captain D's for lunch ....big mistake! I asked for crispy fries for under cooked fries . Over cooked fish. My Mac n cheese was just slopped in a plate.( it was to get). I asked for extra tartar sauce....never got. The food quality has gone down.....it's sad and hat it seems customer service is as well. Place was not busy ...only drive thru open. So I really don't understand the poor quality of service!

When we went the inside was closed to dining but that was fine we were just picking up a bite to eat and take it home. Food took a little long to come out but it was good and hot.

I was surprised. Place was busy. Got the grilled white fish and scrimp with 2 sides. It was very good. I will definitely go back

This building consistently gives wrong orders. Also will not give you receipt they will crumple it up and throw it in the trash as they hand you your card back. This way you can't refute the order.

People there are super polite and patient. Food was really good amd reasonably priced, and we would happily eat there again.

The place is nasty they don't wash their dishes they just spray them down with a hose no soap. When they clean the floors they just spray them with water and expect there people to walk through it. I ate there and was sick for 3 days after it.

Yes the young lady at counter taking my order was very polite. I had a good dinning experience.

Took forever to get a fish sandwich. That's all i ordered. They had me pull over to the side to wait for it.
