Would be nice if they knew how to make their own menu items, ordered over the phone for a pickup for 3 melts (none where even labeled for us) and the whole point of a melt is that it's melted but 2 of the melts where not and one was supposed to be double toasted and the wrong one was double toasted! I got the Spicy Italian Melt and they didn't even have herb and cheese bread (I let that slide) then they put Cucumbers on my sub! Why would you even put Cucumbers on a spicy Italian sandwich? 🙄 They messed up super bad I'm thinking some retraining might be needed? Specifically for whoever was working 4/30/22 around 6:30

Only bad thing is. They seem to rush you when your getting your food. It's not a race the food I'd just thrown on the bread. Managers should back off some. Don't put them on a time limit. Makes me not want to go back

It would be nice to know what your actual hours were. I just tried to order online because it says the location was open, but it wouldn't let me order because it said the location wasn't taking online orders at the time. So, I drove to the restaurant thinking it would be open, but to my surprise, it was closed, at 5:20 pm, on a Tuesday.... No note saying why their closed. This has happened multiple times at this location. I understand that there's a labor shortage, but giving no explanation as to why you keep closing early on normal days is getting old.

I love this store, the gals there are super friendly and can put one been of a sandwich together! Keep up the great work ladies!!

the food was great...the customer service was really bad and it was on a slow night ...they were so busy doing prep and cleaning we had to wait 10-15 mins to get help...I used to work at subway many moons ago and customer service is your 1st priority

Order is ALWAYS ready when I get there, the personalized sandwiches are superb, if there was a problem, being able to leave comment & have it addressed & corrected has been wonderful.
We are frequent sub eaters ...thanks a lot.

We were the only ones in there an they were frazzled. Didn't rake the time to really listen to our order. Kept walking away in the middle of ordering. Very unprofessional. I'm in the service industry and was appalled at the level of just don't care there.

We wanted something different to eat, so we went to the Subway here in Libby, Montana. I had a roast beef sandwich and the nice lady put plenty of meat on my sandwich!!! The service people were very helpful and courteous to me!!! I would highly recommend stopping at Subway in Libby Montana for a great sandwich.
