I went to Private Property on a client visit a few years ago...
To this day I’m still talking about the amazing steak 🥩 that made for me.
Hands down one of the best ever steaks 🥩.
If given the opportunity I will go back. Sadly it is a bit of a long way to go just for dinner... considering I live in far west Texas.
But I loved it guys keep up the great work.

My wife and I went to Private Property for an early Valentine’s Day dinner. We had heard good things about this restaurant. It was all true. The food was great and the atmosphere was perfect. We started with the alligator appetizer and it was delicious. My wife had the crab cakes and I had the filet. Both were so good. We highly recommend this restaurant to anyone.

This was an amazing experience!!!!! Me and my husband were so impressed with the beautiful food and the excellent service. We were served by Damion, an absolutely wonderful server! He was very attentive and we didn’t go without full drinks and anything else we needed. (GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE!)
I wish I could give it more stars, because the scenery, right outside where we sat, set the mood and really made for an excellent evening!

We all know that finding genuinely good dining in Lexington is a challenge to say the least. I knew when we walked in I would love it because it smelled just like my grandmother’s house. Blackened gator tenderloin to start off with a cpl crown & cokes. She had the shrimp and grits and I had the ribeye on the rare side. Everything was spot on excellent. You get what you pay for these days and this spot did not disappoint in any way except the orchids on the food, waste of a beautiful flower.

On yesterday I needed a quick bite delivered to my hotel room and I finally picked Private Property and I am so glad I did. I got the fried Pimento Cheese which was incredible and had a nutty cheesy flavor. Now the fried corn was my all-time favorite. The Voodoo Burger had the perfect spice. I will be back again!

Great food!!!! Our waitress Cheryl was amazing!!! Ask for her when you come here. She made the experience great! My wife and I are very hard to please, and we left very satisfied.. amazing food.
