Bad service! The new team of young people who work the afternoon in this unit are extremely rude, unprofessional, arrogant and racist. They don't have the patience to serve, and very rude, at certain times everybody are in the kitchen, you enter the store and wait an average of 8 to 10 minutes to be served. I don't know about the opening hours during the weekends but usually on Sundays at 5:50 pm, they close the main door. I don't know what the training logistics of this company are, but I think they don't receive adequate customer service training, they should teach these young people that their salary depends on the flow of sales and customer service.

Held onto my wife and my debit cards for 10-20 minutes. We asked for them back multiple times, we where already charged and the kid just held it from us.then the manager comes over with a stank additude Completely unprofessional.

This location always gets my order right. They never run out of plain bagels, and they toast them perfectly. My one piece of advice for anyone getting a drink from any Dunkins is to ask for liquid sugar specifically so you don't end up with a bunch of undissolved sugar at the bottom.

I went to this Dunkin' because it had the highest rating in the area and was deeply disappointed. They had a bunch of people working but still took a very long time to get my order ready. Also the person taking orders for the drive-thru was wearing her mask under her chin and they let a patron come in and order with no mask at all.
