Black Sheep Coffee

I went there to have a coffee and work, after i ordered, they informed me that the WIFI is not working which I informed them i am unable to work without WIFI and I want to cancel my order, they straight away refund me and kindly apologized and they even offered me the coffee for free, i did respect them and how they dealt with me especially a staff named Jo, a big credit to him and to his great customer service.

Fantastic small coffee chain with two branches in Leeds centre. This one is round the back of the main Park Row Nat West. Nice interior and like the opportunity to order on one of the three digital kiosk screens, which makes it more efficient for staff and customers alike. Love the fact that you can get a standard, medium or large Flat White, as many coffee shops do one size only. Ordered two medium Flat Whites, as Pastel de Nata and a mini doughnut. Busy on a rainy Sunday afternoon. Sadly all the seats upstairs were taken. Thankfully we managed to get a proper table downstairs. Friendly staff who checked how we liked our order. Great café. This could easily become a favourite when I'm in Leeds. Will definitely be back.

Amazing place with amazing coffee. I must get one cuppa coffee on my way to the train station. Fab staff, friendly service, great location, epic decor. I also love the upper floor - it is such an ideal place to take a break, spend time with yourself or friends. Ordering is simple and easy with the screen at the entrance - that is one thing I love about Black sheep.

I come here regularly with family and friends. Our fav coffee shop. We order via tablets or face to face. Tidy store with an array of drinks and food available. Staff and manager are pleasant, attentive, friendly and very hardworking. The manager is always there and definitely working more than his stated hours. Would recommend.
