This Dunkin is right off the highway so I expected a long wait but the drivethru line went quite fast. The customer service was fantastic, both polite and patient.

I’m a frequent flyer at Dunkin, staff is great, i mean we all have our days right?! We can’t all be perfect all the time! It needs to updated, it definitely needs a remodel it’s out of date and compared to others it looks awful. However one employee is just god awful every time i go there. Seems to be a thing. Her name begins with an H kinda short, but she can definitely be a bit nicer over that headset. Always sounds aggrivated with everything you ask for

I wanted a dark roast coffee so I told the gal at the drive through and she suggested a midnight coffee and it was amazing, a nice rich strong yummy coffee ☕. I also got a breakfast sandwich, crossiant, ham, egg and cheese and that was totally on point. It was around 10am 7/2/21. The drive through was full and people were also going in and the line progressed quickly. This staff had to be working in sync for the smoothness and the smiles on the staff I noticed. Good job and be proud of yourselves.
