Quiet store, but only displays the hot drinks menu once every minute. The screens show adverts or cold drinks menu most of the time. Most people are in for coffee that menu needs to be displayed permanently! I had to stand slowing the queue until the menus cycled so that I could choose and know how much etc

A small cafe inside Royal Priors shopping mall, it's located on the ground floor.
Not the usual Costa, so don't expect it to be a bit quiet or think it would be an environment to work on your laptop. The cafe can be slightly noisy as it is small as well as due to the people moving inside the mall.
The prices are decent and the taste is just like any other Costa.

The perfect Costa experience. You get what you pay for with the coffee though this time it wasn't as bitter as normal. The Restaurant itself was clean even though it was busy but every table outside had rubbish on and no one cleaned it for over an hour maybe longer after we left which meant everyone sat inside instead on a hot day and all outdoor tables went unused. The cakes and stock were well presented and the service was friendly and quick.

Love this Costa, its very central being in the priors and staff are always friendly and helpful. I didn't give 5 stars because it's a bit cramped in there, particularly when busy. Could do with removing a couple of tables. It isn't easy to get about in there with a pushchair.
