Subway

As a local I tend to be understanding of the fact that we are in a worker shortage and that places will literally hire anyone, however after tonight’s little ordeal I have to say….really Lead subway?? I came in to get dinner for myself and a friend. At the time there was only one worker. She was on her phone and acted like my business was a serious inconvenience. As I was finishing up my two sandwich order another group came in behind me. I would later find out that they happened to be 1st girls family. They were loud and incredibly rude. The 2nd subway girl came out of the bathroom and was incredibly sweet. She took care of the rest of my order. After the 1st subway girls family was finished being rude and incredibly annoying, They cut in front of me to pay. Even though my sandwiches were finished and ready to be paid for (you know since I was first in line). When I brought it to their attention this group pretty much dismissed me. What I can only assume as the matriarch of the group (I hesitate to even use that word because it gives the impression of respect and this woman was anything but) then proceeded to sneer at me that they would be paying first. The subway girls that were working didn’t say a thing…

Frequent often and always received 5 star service. For the 4th we waited an hour in line for food and were next in line when the employee at 855 stated they closed at 9 pm and were not helping anyone else. There were 2 families in line and she refused to serve either family telling everyone to leave as Rolled her eyes and openly complained about having to make sandwiches all day.
