Worst-McDonalds-ever. And it is consistently bad- over the past several years I still have yet to have a good experience. Decided to give them another try this morning after not visiting for about 6 months. Arrived in the drive through at 6:38am, with only 1 car ahead of me at the window. I placed my order (only having to yell it at them 3 times since they "couldn't hear me"), and then got up to the window. Quickly paid and got my drink, but then wait. At 6:54am (about 15 minutes after I made it to the window), it opens and I think I'm finally about to get my food. But lo and behold- the employee says they are waiting on eggs, and that I need to pull forward. I am literally their only customer for the past 15 minutes- were they waiting for the chicken to hatch the egg? I told them I was done waiting as I had 6 minutes to make it to work. They told me to wait a few more minutes, but I just drove off. Thank goodness Discover is good with disputing charges- definitely filing a dispute to get my money back. I could see if this was an occasional experience here and there, but this has been a poor visit every time I come. So if I were you, I would choose ANY other place in Le Mars to eat. This place definitely earns a 1 star or even negative star review over the past several years, and I'd feel ashamed if I worked here or owned this store.

Worst McDonald's EVER! Just ask anyone that lives here. Tonight, ordered using the app, which is a must because you'll spend half an hour in the drive thru. Didn't make a difference tonight. Still waited nearly half an hour and had to go inside to get it. All the food was cold. Not one thing was made correctly. Should have checked it before leaving. I would have just asked for my money back and gone somewhere else.

The food is about average. The worst part about this McDonald’s is the drive thru. Don’t be in a hurry when coming here because you will wait a long time for no reason. I understand it takes time to make the food but just about every other McDonalds you can get in and out quick. Not at this location though, you’ll wait and wait and wait then when you finally get up to the window and get your order the lady says sorry for the wait. Why not just fix the issue that’s causing the wait instead of apologizing to everyone who comes through?

Over the last few visits at this location, I have never been completely satisfied with my order. Two out of my last three times visiting, they have given me the completely wrong drink. And the time I received the correct drink, it was lukewarm and not carbonated at all. The fries here are also cold at least half the time, and if not they're very obviously refried. I don't like to be negative, let alone leave a bad review, but this McDonald's is far and away the worst in the immediate area.

Worst service ever! Waited more than 20 minutes for my order and they just forgot about me! When I asked for my money back the young manager was very rude ,not apologize but just bad attitude! I understand they are understaffed but is ridiculous made a customer wasted their time just for nothing! When I tried to leave feedback to corporate nothing they can't find this location! So make yourself a favor and go to another fast food chain in Le Mars cause on this location employees are rude and not even noticed their customers

Last 3 times in the early mornings I went, wrong orders, wrong stuff, not what I ordered at all. I'm done with this place, forget this mc'd, until it pays its workers good too so they actually care about working again. Tonight they have the line slightly covered so I drive past and a worker comes out to tell me they aren't serving.... Awesome... Strike 4. Only place open in town ain't even open... Guess Kwik trip gonna be taking all late night business too.
