Closed at 7:00 pm, we didn’t know because we ordered online. We show up at 7:02 pm and the door was locked and our subs were sitting on the to go rack as the employees smiled at us, laughed, shut off the lights and left. We had paid $40 and never received our food. And corporate has yet to reply to our emails about this. So terrible place don’t ever go. Will never ever eat or get subway again.

The workers there were busy but super kind. They had some other orders to attend to before ours and were working quickly. 10/10 would recommend (And if you like Pineapple pizza, try putting honey mustard on a meatball marinara.)

This subway was amazing!! Best service in Lawrence my family is a large family and the lady working tonight was very kind and nice she was not upset how big are order was and most of the time the workers are very rude! She was so kind and I was happy that their was no one upset over how the order was done! She was super busy but still made sure each customer was helped. Like I said amazing customer service.

Its subway, the food is subway good but their ours are not correct on here. They close at 7am by what it says on the door but they have been closed twice now before 6:30. Twice they have accepted orders off of uber eats just to be closed, not get our food and charge our card.

Worst customer service ever! The staff was outside smoking and chatting. They saw three customers walk in and they did not even bother to go in and help us. We waited for over 10 minutes and left.
