Got in line to order at 8:35 & make it clear we planed to order. Sandwich maker had mask under chin, even though he was coughing in the store, & didn't switch gloves when transitioning from clean-up tasks to making a sandwich for the man in line before us.The employee making sandwiches spent the next 25 minutes making a single six inch sandwich, ignoring my family seeking acknowledgement when I asked if we were gonna be able to order. Then, with 10 minutes til 9pm door close time, he finally answered with, "I'm sorry guys, but I have to close in 1 minute." Turned his back & walked away.
As a manager of a business in the essential service industry, I believe this response is unacceptable in terms of professionalism.
Very dissatisfied.

You close at 8:00pm. Seriously? We have had bad service here before but continued to go here because of location. We rolled into town at 8:04pm after a long weekend of softball and really wanted subway but you were closed. I think I've decided we will no longer visit the north Lawrence Subway. I am baffled as to why you would close a fast food restaurant just off the interstate at 8:00pm.

This location by the I-70 highway is terrible. I have been there twice and have never been able to place an order in their drive thru because the ignore you. The guy literally looked at me and walked off.

This location needs to take the drive thru sign down. It's so disappointing to come in off the highway and drive around the back just to sit and wait. I drove around to discover the drive thru window not in use and blocked by an old bread cart.

Every time I come here, the help is in the gas station and taking a dump. Or outside smoking because he just took a dump.
