If I can give them zero, I will definitely give a 0 star! I ordered the pho #4&5, the meat is shown as the photo. There are some purple thing on the meat that made me not comfortable at all! I asked the manager or someone working at the store, they said it is a type of stamp. Also, very mean attitude to tell me my food is free or something! Men! I don’t need a free food. I just want to nicely tell you that please be careful with these types of unclear meat stamp for customer who is eating these meals! I put some cash done and left because I was mad not because I need a free meal! Please go to other store if you have choice! Photo not clear, not 90% of our meat had this purple thing!

This place is more of a Chinese take on Vietnamese food. I'm giving it 5 stars because, for the price you pay, I feel like our satisfies the basic craving.
The portion sizes are decent and not too big. The grilled pork in the vermicelli is a Chinese pork belly style. The pho broth is not as heavy, so it allows you to customize your toppings.
Parking is free outside.

Don't expect Vietnamese flavor food in here.what I had is not "Pho".
Spring roll was too greasy and bland.
Fish sauce was not what I had in vietnam restaurants.Even coffee was so bad.dont waste your money in here.they don't even know how to cook Vietnamese food.

Pho 89 serves one of the best tasting phò! I have been a customer for more than 15 years. I like bringing people to try phò for the first time and friends who love it, everyone leaves happy, with full bellies.

Love this place, for the pho and shrimp summer rolls. I’ve eaten inside a couple times and it’s very clean. We order take out a lot too.

The food is kinda ok; but the woman working there is so rude. I went in about 20 minutes before closing, and she screamed that there was no more food.
