I like this place bit but I have three reasons, first reason is bad service when I go they just have like 2 people working, second reason is the animatronics are not talking for example hellen, pasqually, munch, and jasper they don't open there mouth just chuck e. cheese and I asked a lady she said they are already like that 😞 my kids were disappointed we went 1/2/2021 January ,third reason is they are still in Christmas stuff for example the christmas songs, same clothes from Christmas.

Pizza was good. Kids had fun. Wish there was one person walking around wiping down the games but didn't see anyone do that in the 1 1/2 hours we were there.

Website said every 30 minutes they would clean areas.... didnt see that happen. But dont blame them. It looked like only one floor employee at door. And one cook. At least they had plenty of hand sanitizer stations and the kids loved it!!!!

So I get it’s Covid, but I have been here a few times and I call to make sure they are open. My daughter was so excited to go today and we drove 30 mins to get here just for the doors to be locked. Somebody was there and came to the door because I’m showing her my phone where it says online they are still open and I CALLED! That’s really unfair my 4 year old is crying her eyes out and I’m just frustrated! Where is the customer service?

Great pizza and fun for the kids. They took temperatures and gave you hand sanitizer when you walk in the door. I appreciate that.

I might be 11 but I had my greatest birthdays here, the pizza was never recycled, the employees were the best, and the animatronics still had the greatest performance, as a remnant of showbiz, I wasn't let down, 5 stars, hands down the best location.
