Subway

The worst Subway franchise ever. My family ordered three subs and were in a rush. When we grabbed, paid, and went, it turns out that they gave us the wrong bread, did not toast any of the subs, no cheese in any subs, and no dressing/sauce when demanded. They also gave me a lot of other stuff that I did not ask for and had to put it on the side. When we called them and politely encouraged them that they got our order wrong, but it was okay, as long as they know about the mistakes, they said that they were right and gave me attitude.

Ima avid subway eater and it’s rare that have an issue with my subway experiences. This subway is in proximity of my housing and I refuse to spend my money at this location. I’ve been here twice once in day and another time in evening. It’s clear the veteran employee can’t understand abs order plus only had wheat bread an hour and a half before closing time. Owner needs to teach his establishment customer service. Seems it has been lost during the pandemic.

I don't work far from here and I don't get lunch breaks so I like to act fast as if grabbing food for lunch. This establishment has not disappointed with it's speed and service. My sandwich hasn't looked sad yet so that's always plus when talking about Subway. Also, there's not an abundance of flies which Subway seems to always have

I think this Subway is just fine. I go there quite often. I'm not sure why all of the negative reviews, but they are mostly old so perhaps these were for prior management or something. These days it is quite nice. Fast service. Nice atmosphere (as nice as a Subway can be). I'll continue to go there until things turn south, but I don't see that happening.

Me and my Son got there at 9:25 pm and I'm assuming cause nobody was in there they had put all the stuff up. So when we ordered they were just rushing throwing the meat and topping on. It seemed as if they were disappointed that we has walked in. They were not rude or anything just rushed to make our food. I understand quitting time but if you close at 10 pm at least make the customer feel welcomed.
