Absolutely awful. I am 83 and sent my friend in to get a Tea and breakfast for me since I have difficulty walking and painful hips. Despite having my ID and CC card and explaining my situation, the cashier was very unfriendly and rude to her and told her I would have to come in. Since I needed to take my meds before going back to Las Vegas, I had to go in and get it. Awful service, inconsiderate and rude. Last time ever buying anything here.

I had a really good experience in this Starbucks in particular, if you visit that location ask for Clay, he is a really nice guy with extra care for his customers.
I really don't tag a photo of someone, but with his permission, he deserves that we honored his hard work.

The service was great. The drinks were made well and promptly. The place is nice and really convenient if you're staying here at the Harrah*s.

Since we got to town I've been getting their hot tea here but they have all coffees & iced teas , super clean location and staff is friendly and professional thanks Harrah's & thx Edgewater casino in Laughlin where I won on slots Wild Panda & Fire Phoenix slots!! It was a grand time....oh & back behind Edgewater & the other hotels there's some grass to throw the 🏈 ;-)

This was the first time ordering a breakfast sandwich from Starbucks. I usually get my coffee or frappe and I'm out the door. Not only was it fresh tasting, it was really good! Perfect size to fill you up, but not make you to full. I wish I had taken a photo, but I ordered black forest ham and swiss, on a buttery flaky crescent. Very yummy with coffee. And we were at a casino, so it was a little pricey due to that fact. But I highly recommend their breakfast sandwiches. 😁
