Pretty decent meal all in all. Glad that they have a salad bar back, even if it's limited and small. I like the partition separating the bar area from the dining area. Ordered a steak. Flavor was good, it was cooked how I ordered it, but it was the toughest/chewiest hunk of beef.

We really enjoyed the salad bar at this newly remodeled restaurant. Everything was fresh and lots of variety, including a hot soup. Our server was attentive and friendly and the ambiance was very comfortable. It seems to be a popular restaurant, divided into the dining section and the bar. It's located next to Sam's Club, on an easily accessed commercial business road. Lots of parking.

First Time At Ruby Tuesday And Was Not Disappointed. The Service Was Grand. The Food Was Hot And Delicious Very Generous Portions There's No Skimping Here. Very Great Atmosphere To Relax And Enjoy A Great Meal. Our Lady Server Was Awesome And Went Above And Beyond As Did The Entire Staff. My Only Regret I Didn't Go Sooner But I'll Be A Regular Customer Now.

We had planned a date night all week to attend this location for it to be ruined by horrible service. I solely come here for the dessert. We were seated fairly quickly as our food was brought out to us in a timely manner, however not once were we asked if we needed refills nor if we were doing okay. My husbanded had to grab the servers attention to get a refill from her. Shortly after she asked if we needed boxes and brought the ticket. So needless to say she decided for us that we did not need nor want dessert. Thank you Kylie you did us a great favor to not want to return!!

Hadn't been to ruby tuesdays in about 10 years. There was nothing good on the menu visually even the salad bar was underwhelming. Ordered TEX MEX tacos and wasn't expecting little to no meat but the literally no meat in one taco made my family's day, the picture on the menu compared to my entree looked no where similar to what I received false advertising If I do say so myself! -0 stars

Service was good, but the food only okay. The steak had a good taste, but was very (extremely) chewy and cooked medium well when well done was requested. The lava cake tasted great, but didn't have any "lava". On my way out, the male greeter stepped on the back of my shoe and didn't apologize or say anything. Usually my experience at this location is 5 stars, but unfortunately, not this time.

Delicious Cokes. We had the 2 for $22.00 a Rib Platter & Hamburger/fries.

While we try to support local, independent restaurants Ruby Tuesdays has always been a national brand we enjoy. I’m not sure what has happened to the one in Las Cruces but nothing good. We understand the increase costs of food but if we are going to be charged nearly $6 to add the salad bar to our entree, we fully expect for there to be plates, fresh greens and an abundance of other vegetables to make a really good salad. Very disappointed and probably will not be back any time soon. BTW, if a customer orders bottled beer the wait staff should always ask if he/she would like a glass!
