Went to the store 1st time ever and a young lady with a unique name helped us out. Possibly one of sweetest people you will ever find working there thank you.
2nd time going a young man helped me pick out the perfect blue dress and shoes to match for a Wedding. Some of the best customer service.

We arrived before the dinner rush. Food was Delicious , what I don't understand is why they had us waiting 15 minutes due to that we preferred a table rather than a booth when there was plenty of empty tables . I asked the host what the issue was and why they were making us wait. She responded that it was because they were changing shifts and I had to wait!

There's not very many stores left in the mall. Main Event is always fun and isn't too bad on pricing. Other than that, isn't much to do unless there's a sale. Seems like they spent so much upgrading the food court that they had to raise the rent and vendors ending up leaving.

For a border town the mall should have way better attractions. The stores are dull. The music playing at the mall is outdated and they play the same songs over and over again. There's very few things to say "Hey let's go to the mall." Overall very boring.

The mall just keeps going downhill. The maintenance is nonexistent, whoever is in charge shows they don't care about how it looks. It gives Laredo a bad name to its already bad environment. The mall being dirty just shows how much of a risk this place is to catch covid, its sad to see how companies risk their employees lives.

I enjoyed this mall very much. Many shops, food court, restaurants all around. Walmart, dollar tree, others, across the highway so excellent location.

The mall is cool other than how dirty and sticky it can be. However, it’s the customers that make it that way, i’ve seen custodians do their work and make sure the place is clean. I would say Mal Del Norte is more for teens and young adults because most stores seem to cater to that audience more.

Today was not a good day to go shopping. Lines everywhere. Did visit a few stores as all were great.
