Whataburger

Dry patty and my hash browns are just dumped in the bag. Just disappointing, this location is always getting something wrong. Sometimes they forget the fries and sometimes if not most of the time the fries are undercooked. Update as of March 2022 I no longer stop at this location because they don’t cook the food properly. They give you raw fries and raw hash browns, apparently they give you food poisoning as well. This place needs to shut down for a day for retraining because it’s gone so down hill and it’s not safe to give undercook food. .

I went last night at about 7pm to get some food. When I started to eat, I notice the color of the meat was different and it had a different taste. It didn't taste bad, but it didn't taste like it usually does. Halfway through I couldn't eat it anymore. Around 2am I woke up with bad stomach pains and vomiting. Turns out I have food poisoning from the burger meat. Mishandling food is a serious issue and a cause for concern. Please be careful because food poisoning is not fun.

I went last night 6/11/22, to this Whataburger at 11pm. When I started to eat, I notice the color of the meat was different and it had a horrible taste. The meat tasted horrible and I had to spit it out and took it to trash! The burger and cold fries went into the trash! Around 2am I woke up with severe stomach pains, vomiting and diarrhea. I got food poisoning from the burger meat. I will never go to Whataburger ever again! Whataburger executives and mangers need to start monitoring their stores so this won’t happen again!

I ordered food at midnight here. Very slow, when i pulled up to pay, I can see a worker making the drinks but ignored me. Once they came to the window they took my card to pay and did not return it. They wanted to wait until the food was done which i did not like. I couldn't see where my card was and when i called out i was ignored again.

Ordered through the phone app on a Saturdayat 0600. The food was fresh. Only one person ahead of me, but had to wait 10 minutes. Don't know how long that customer waited before we got there. At least our breakfast was ready when we drove up. Too early for curbside, which is my pick-up preference. Food and soda were good.
