Over 45 minutes waiting and 2 cars before us were already given their orders, I had to ask them where the food is, they finally came out with my order, I gave my debit card to pay, they came back and asked if I had enough money on my card! I asked for a supervisor, they took long as well, I had to get out of my vehicle and knock on the door to get someone, manager said their system isn’t getting my card, I understand the waiting and that there are not a lot of employees but they only had 1 person (a kid maybe still in training) going in and out for orders and payment, not to mention asking if I even had money, sorry for the kid doing it alone in this heat, manager was very unprofessional. Will not be going back to this Sonic…

I ordered a shake and waited for the longest time around 45min and my shake ended up being in “The back” and never got my order. No one came asked if I was waiting for an order so I just left never coming back worst sonic and Customer service

The service is slow. They didn’t give us straws and then they took forever to bring my card back.

The food is great, the crew members are amazing but the waiting time takes sooooo long. Luckily, I'm a very patient person and never in a rush when it comes to ordering fast-food but it could be a problem for others. When I went to order at least 4 items, it took them 30 minutes to be given to me. Still, the food was fresh and warm.

I Like To Say . I Really Like Sonics
Especially The Hamburgers And The Other Foods That Are In The Menu Of Sonics Like The Hotdogs , Onion Rings , Banana Split And Other Good Foods That Sonic Has BOY !!! Sometimes I Like Going There On Some Occasions But I Really , Really Love The Hamburgers , Fries And A Soft Drink That Sonics Has .
