The service was great,but they have chicken soup

Have tried coming to this subway the past 3 times, every time I come here their card machines do not work. Mediocre service, lack of customer service on the employees. Half the times we come in the employee are in the back and we end up yelling “hello” for several minutes. Prefer the subway on Mcpherson and International cleaner, friendly, and building remodeled. This subway lacks attention of the owner and/or manager.

Needed a sandwich platter FAST and the fastest was going to take 2 hrs! BUT, Subway had it ready in 15 minutes! That is quick service!

Was trying to get a Brócoli soup and chicken soup but broth of the ladies said they had to threw IT away because it was bad. They told me I could wait about 30mins for them to put in the new ones and I was ok with it. The look on there faces were just telling me they didn't want to do it. Then they told me that it was really frozen that it could take a while. They then looked at one another not wanting to do it and finally said, "Do you know how to cook the soup?" The shorter girl said, " No. Our manager doesn't let's us cook the soup past 9pm" It was weird to me because at other locations they still have soup past 9pm

1 STAR only, for bad customer service🙁......At 5:08pm today I walk in to this Subway, and wait a few min, since no one was there. Then after a min or 2 I said “Hello” loudly, so the lady that was cleaning in the back could her me. Her response was “un minuto” and I waited, only to hear she was still cleaning something...... I was in a bit of a rush, so I just left. Customer service is not what it used to be. I remember the days, when a customer needed help, You would drop what you’re doing and attended the customer......But as we can see those days are gone. I’m sure it’s not like this on ever SUBWAY in Laredo

The sandwiches were good, they added too much mustard when u told them not to, and they weren't to happy when I told then they got my brothers bread wrong. The lady looked at me and my little brother like we were dumb. The younger lady who attended me was more energetic, or passionate when she made my sandwich, she gladly took the excess mustard off and the older lady that attended my brother is one of those mean old ladies. It's still a good place to pick up a sandwich and go.

Great service and made my day always. 6 starts review!! .... just in summer the place is a little hot, I think they need a better A/C, but besides that is a excellent place for a quick meal
