Great spot for vegetarians/vegans. Most of the menu is vegetarian but they have a few vegan options, however there are some vegetarian options that can be turned to vegan. Tacos al Pastor (which I highly recommend, probably my favorite option in the menu), they contain cheese but you can ask it to be removed in order to make it vegan. Another vegan option worth to try is the Guisado plate, I asked for seitan carnitas which are extremely good, and it comes with two sides (I went for the nopales and chile ancho + brown rice). For a delicious vegetarian breakfast, the fifth sun plate is a great option, it comes with two eggs, two vegan bacon pieces and two vegan sausages, plus a couple of healthy and delicious pancakes. If you like healthy smoothies, I highly recommend the Licuado Vegetal, since contains a lot of vitamins, fiber and it's delicious, we ordered also the Licuado Fuerte which is very good as well. Service is great and pricess are accesible, although I'd recommend to go for the high protein options for it to worth it because otherwise I'd consider it a little expensive if you just go for the vegetables.

Purchased 2 lettuce wraps and a pozole. The first lettuce wrap had a dead fly in it smh. I called immediately they offered to give me another lettuce wrap to replace it. But I refused to get food that had been contaminated. Manager didn’t ask what was in the wrap to at least discard the remaining contaminated food.

Service: I do think they need to get better in their customer service. I had a bad experience With one of the staff that was in the front. I came in with my sister in the morning to order to go. I stood in front of the register for almost 5min. I was just waiting until she acknowledge us and when another customer came in. She went straight with her and took her order.
When I ask her if there was another staff to take my order she said no so I mention we were here first.. she just apologize and continue to acknowledge the other customer.
Quality: the food is good if you want to eat healthy. I like their tacos because their not greasy. The place take time to assure the food taste well.
Facility: the staff maintains the restaurant clean. The table are clean and restroom too.
Even though, they facility is clean and food is good. This review is as Sincere the restaurant is not bad but i am about hospitality; therefore, I won’t be going there because I’m a really patience person but when you provide awfully customer service I don’t care how great your food is.. I won’t go back!

I loved this spot! They were really friendly and helpful, and the food was fresh, yummy, and healthy. It’s always hard to find a spot while traveling with food that makes you feel nourished and helps your body feel good, and this did the trick. I came twice over 2 days in Laredo.
Couldn’t get enough of their salads and love that you can get multiple salads in a single order.

Fast and friendly service. But more importantly, the food was amazing. Refreshingly healthy options that tasted fabulous. My belly was full but I wanted more so I got an order to go! I'll definitely be back.

I would like some more flavorful options. Vegetarian can be just as flavorful as omnivorous. There are still many entrees I have yet to try here and for a veggie only restaurant it serves a great purpose in Laredo.

Love the yogurt ice cream here! They offer a large variety of vegan, carb free, and other diet foods. Service is great quality of food is too.
