Had a misunderstanding about my order, so I went back inside and the guy explained how the problem had happened, offered to exchange it and upgraded the size, no problem. Excellent customer service. Good, strong coffee

I've had a few different drinks here and they've all been bad. They also sell things from the Ridley's bakery at double or more the price. I wanted to like this place but they just aren't good. I'm not sure if all Dawson Taylors are bad or if the barista just can't make drinks.

I love all the little extra items that they have for sale. Moon cheese is my all time favorite snack! Oh, and the drinks are pretty good too!
