I came thru for a coffee and honestly haven't been to a coffee shop in quite some time so this was a treat. I ordered a 16oz and got to talking with the Barista about our kids and whatnot and my crazy toddler and when she handed me my coffee she had upgraded it and said now you can go home and take on that toddler lol. I can't remember her name but She was angel most definitely. Thank you so much for making my day. ❤

This location is one of the better ones they always get the order right and the wait is usually very fast prices are definitely getting a bit out of hand $15 for a bragel and a coffee is a bit crazy

This biggy is very good excellent service excellent workers just very friendly overall and I would recommend this place over any.I had a order that was accommodated because It was mirco and I needed it by the next day in time for my meeting in the morning so I was able to place a order and they had It ready when I was there to get it less than 10 minutes

3.5 stars rounded up due to friendly customer service. Do not go to this location if you are in a hurry to get to work. They are great at this location but very understaffed. Every barista at this location is extremely friendly, and my drink is always made right. However, please please PLEASE hire more staff to work before 8am! You need more than one employee to handle the morning rush.

It's just so expensive. And we hate that the person who works at the window hands us our food then will ask for a tip...it's rude. And when the 2 of us go we end up spending at least $20 on just coffee..

Went to the Biggby by Frandor. Employees always do a solid job. Plus u can't beat the BOGO coupons they have which is a huge plus. A lot cheaper then starbucks, (which were boycotting cause they treat their workers horrible) This location is nice and convenient and the drive thru window moves pretty quickly. The only and biggest problem with Biggbys is their lack of consistency. One time you'll go and the drinks are spot on and the best. Next time the macha tastes like watered down green crap or they don't understand LIGHT ice. Also wouldn't hurt them to clean their men's bathroom as u can see by the picture. But overall the BOGO coupons save u money and are worth the trip. And. A better alternative than starbucks who won't even acknowledge their employees right to organize. Plus Biggbys has much better and heather food imo. Much better bael.or bragel sammiches :) Overall not bad at all.
