They got my order perfect and it was fresh and made to my order.
08/26/23 -- We have no power, so this was a life-saving visit. The drive thru was extremely busy but the crew did an outstanding job. The line moved steadily, my order was perfect, and the coffee was great.

2023_08_19 Someone wanted their oatmeal and a Diet Coke. With a quick reorder of a previous, we made quick work of the visit. The longest portion of the visit was waiting to get our food at the window. Nothing to complain about, just the fact being provided. With ordering via the app as easy as it is, the process really highlights that your food is prepared but assembled as ordered. And as we do this order enough it is good enough to repeat often.

It was a wait but the staff hooked me up with a large oj no other Mcds does that. Super nice!

It's a standard McDonald's, so you pretty much know what you're going to get. First time eating inside this location. It is very small, only a few tables, but it was clean. Saw them wiping down tables as soon as people stood up. The food was as expected and was brought to our table by a staff person, which was nice, since most of the seating is around the corner from the counter and cannot see the register.

Excellent for a McDonald's. Brenda is by far the best hospitality person hands down. Always quite clean and an eclectic mix of people. Good coffee. And where else can you get a shamrock shake? Good apple fritter today.

I had a cashier this morning that was so polite. A really tall black older gentleman. I didn't get his name but he made my day. This is the only one I come to in Lansing because it has better service and food.
