Biggby Coffee

Not giving a bad rating, because this Biggby has been more wonderful than most others we've been to. We've had seldom problems with this location, like the syrups not being mixed in well enough into my coffee (easily fixed by stirring it up with my straw, just a little shocking when I've got a mouthful of mint syrup), too much cream for asking for one (1) pump in my mom's coffee, (to the point where the shade of her coffee is lighter than a sheet of paper, on more than one occasion). These weren't an issue as the baristas are always willing to fix them. However, recently something more complicated happened. My mom had gone through the drive through, and her parter gone inside so they could pay separately without making it difficult. After mom had ordered, one of the baristas had began complaining about how she was "always so difficult with her order", which honestly? Isn't true. It's a pretty simple iced coffee with sugar, cream, and sometimes whipped cream. It isn't like she's asking for something unnecessarily complicated with three different syrups and all of that other random stuff. My mom's partner had heard the barista, and mentioned how she should not be talking about customers that way, considering they'd never know who's in earshot. The occasional mix up with a beverage wasn't an issue, but when the baristas start to speak poorly of customers not doing anything wrong, or making their jobs hard, is when we begin to have a real problem. We've stopped going to this Biggby for the time being, however I'm sure in the future we'll return. This is the only time we've had a real issue with them, and it was only the one barista. (the one actually making the drinks was staring at the one speaking poorly with a very "stop talking" look.)

Service is usually fast. Order accuracy is hit or miss. One weird thing about this location, they're kind of pushy when it comes to tips. I come here at least four times a week, and every time they asked me to tip I will tip them a dollar or two, and I have yet for a single one of them to say thank you. Just kind of weird when it's optional and when you do it they act put off.

My favorite place to come before work even tho its just through the drive thru, I have been inside as well. Its always very clean and the staff are always welcoming. The staff are always helpful with the reward system they have as well. I love being able to answer the random questions of the day as well.

I enjoy going to biggby no matter where I'm at or what I'm doing. Which my girlfriend is kind of addicted to the place and it's kinda rubbing off on me. Anyways, it was mostly an enjoyable experience like normal. However, it seem like egg on my sandwich wasn't warmed up all the way cooked and was still watery/cold about half way through the sandwich. I got the waffle sausage, egg and cheese if that matters. Also, my girlfriend's sandwich seemed like the cheese wasn't all the way melted. Either way I'm still going to give them a second chance and see how they do.

This is my favorite location. They’ve never messed up my order and they’re ALWAYS friendly, especially today. I got some sad news while in the drive through and was embarrassed to be crying while trying to pay. When I got my drinks they had kind notes and smiley faces and absolutely made my day right away. This was already my favorite location but just that one small act of kindness made such a huge difference in my day. Thank you biggby! 🥰
