This store do things so wrong . They will sit products where the price says otherwise . Then argue the customer and say this how 711 works. Cashier don't speak English, most of the time. Lies about manager not being there . SMH , you have to treat people with respect that when it's evening from the other person . Not get mad when I'm questioning about price . Maybe if the store put product in the right price tag area. Manager argued with me in front of everybody, I'm thinking to make his self feel good or show everybody he a manager. Sir, it's 2022. Respect and Dignity

I got reply from 7-Eleven that my review doesn’t sound right. And I should give them more information. I already provided my review at the specific 7-Eleven location and other reviews are confirming what’s wrong there. 7-Eleven administration should properly go through the addresses where reviews are provided.

I stopped in the store yesterday to purchase an item that was advertised as on sale (the boneless wings on skewer - 2 skewers for $5). Initially, the cashier tried to charge me over $6 insisting the excess was tax. She finally got it down to $5.60 (which was still incorrect) and said that was the best she can do. The ineptitude of the staff is appalling. Combine that with the filth, and this is not somewhere you want to visit.

I couldn't tell if the cashier was trying to scam me or something, but when I went to this 7-Eleven, the cashier gave me the amount that was due to me. I was suppose to receive around $15 bucks but, I only got how much the cost was. ($5.78) I'm assuming that was a accident, but i'm unsure because it didn't say how much cash was tendered.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! I've never dealt with something like this, I always go and the customer service is never good. I'm convinced that all the employees just are bad. Yesterday I went and the cashier was unwilling to let my mother pay with a $20 bill because he said it was "too late to give back a lot of change or big bills", I told him that it was okay, he could just give us $5 bills and he began getting loud and saying that he wouldn't. I've never heard of it being "to late" to give any sort of change.
