I sit in this subway everyday on my lunch and all the workers are extremely rude and are always going outside for smoke breaks, they rarely ever give any kind words, they definitely hate their jobs, which is understandable due to the fact that they don’t get paid enough and are usually alone dealing with Al the customers that come through along with the online orders, but when working in customer service you should have at least some decency if a customer is polite to you.

Wasn't at Subway today. I can assure you that you should have a pleasant trip their if you want a great sub !! The staff is friendly and the stores due their best to keep everyone safe during these trying times.

Ordered online, still had to wait 15 mins, none of the 4 subs were toasted or even warmed up. Topping were very sparse. Employee was alone at dinner time, employee seemed very lost, unorganized and not happy to be working there. Wish I could give 0 stars!

I love Subway. I worked at one of the top 10 out of 395 this Subway could use some tlc. Employees were great, very kind. I ordered online and when I went to pick it up the sub wasn't ready due to they didn't have pjack cheese and a number to contact "wasn't put down" but it was on there. I waited for 25 minutes while they made my sub they started off with 3 people ahead of me which I understood it would take a minute by the time they finished my sub they had almost 10 behind me they started making other subs but it took forever because they weren't efficient in their techniques of doing things. The store has great potential and I'd hate to see it go to waste. Things can work with only 2 staff members I did it when I worked at Subway in one of our biggest rushes. It's all about technique. Honest. I'd be willing to come and share some tricks I learned to help get this store to its full potential.

Lady making the sandwiches was very rude and seemed to hate her job, I believe her name was heather. the sandwich’s were cold even after getting toasted. Very poor service.

Rude. As a customer I come to Subway because they make it fresh in front of me . And I get what I want on it. Not only was she rude to myself but my child and my daughters friend .Horrible service .
