Food was absolutely amazing! Portion size was great - ordered two appetizers (duck lettuce wraps and the pork ribs).

Absolute banger of a local tavern.
I had the Reuben Egg Rolls and they certainly live up to whatever you think it tastes like in your mind. It was so good that I will certainly be back to get more.
The burger was simple but done really, really, really well. That’s the thing, it’s no frills, old school smash burger that hits every note exactly as it should. It’s cool, it’s refreshing and everything a smash burger ought to be.
I will be back again and I really enjoyed my experience here.

The staff was fantastic. The food was diverse and delicious. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. In all, I would recommend this place for a delicious quick meal!

I was traveling by myself on business in the area and decided to have dinner here. It was a very good experience and I'm glad I did. Good food, ambiance, friendly and professional bar tender too - I sat at the bar to eat. They had NHL, MLB, and NBA on the numerous TVs. Good job!

Love this place! I’ve tried about 90% of the food items on their menu and let’s just say the quality of the food is top notch for a sports bar. A great environment to watch a Blackhawks or Bears game as well. Great beer selection. I ate the handmade chicken tenders tonight and they came out amazing! Along with the grilled Salmon with veggies and baked potato for the main course. 🤤. Yum… Keep it up guys.

This is a well run locally owned restaurant. It's a great sports bar without it feeling like a sports bar. The motif is based on a firehouse, but huge TV's are located throughout. And unlike many places, they actually had great sound! The beer choices were very good and the food and service tremendous. Highly recommended!

Very good bar food with great atmosphere. We did go at about 1 on a Friday afternoon and it was slow but food was delicious and service was very good. Loved the decor...Lake Forest Foresters and all Chicago Sports teams minus White Sox! Also met the owner Joe...super nice guy who made us feel welcomed.
