Starbucks

Bartista was super kind and sweet! Gave my nephew a cookie (he made a new friend). Its split into 5 stories. I recommend the Afogato (2nd floor). 3rd floor has specialties like the Guatemalan Barrel aged whiskey (has no alcohol) but is the one of the best coffees i have had. The 5th floor is a small patio that overlooks the city. It is outside with no cover.

First time at this Starbucks and I love the special interior design of this Starbucks Reserve theme. Plenty of seating options. a/c is cold. Baristas are friendly, enthusiastic and fast to get your drinks. I tried the Shakerato Bianco with one extra shot and it was so much more flavorful and rich than my usual 5 shots over ice sweetened drink that I always order. Must be the Demerara syrup and sweet cream they add to make it the Shakerato. I highly recommend it, you won't regret it. Worth every penny.

No manager on premises only a supervisor who thought it was a good idea to reprimand an employee for helping a customer in front of the entire coffee house. Extremely unprofessional. She also felt it was a grand idea to tell the customer who defended the employee, to leave the store or she was calling the cops. I’m quite certain the cops have more important things to tend to, than to show up at Starbucks simply because she was called out on an embarrassing situation she caused. I felt bad for the nice young man helping the customer, I felt bad for the customer, and felt bad for all of us on line having to witness the horrific behavior. Total disrespect for customers!!!
