I used the mobile app to purchase 2 drinks (1 sprite with easy ice and 1 coke with extra ice) and 1 vanilla shake. picked it up at the drive through. The staff were professional and my order was perfect! :)

We came for breakfast at lunchtime. Everything was so delicious and the staff was absolutely delightful. We love coming here anytime of day. We can always expect exceptional service, hot, fresh food, and a clean restaurant. Kudos to the management team and great crew.

Well I'm giving this place a solid 4 for late night eats 👍base on the customer service 👍🤔the food tho🤔.its jack in a box it's the same every. Saw the earlier reviews on a certain rude employee. Been to this location 3 times already and never ran into this person 🤔more than likely this person got let go. Cause every 1 star review on here mentions this person and how rude and mean this person was. But far as going to this place after midnight it's always been a really good experience 😌 the 2 ladies working the late shift are really nice and polite and they always have the orders done pretty quickly. Have never waited more than a few minutes max with big orders. So customers service on the late shift has greatly improved 👍best service I've had at a jack in box hands down 👍

The quality of food has declined since the last time I was in. I usually order the same thing which is the grilled sourdough burger combo. The fries were warm but stale, and the burger was warm not hot. I am also the service has declined as well.

I tried the new Quad Bacon cheeseburger. It was OK. I didn't care for the sauce. I think if they used the sauce that is on the Ultimate cheeseburger it would be much better.

Oct 31, the drive through lane was swamped around 1030-11 at night. I was sure the staff would be overwhelmed since cars were sitting at the window for about 5 minutes each. When I got my order everything was there with extra napkins. The staff was very nice and although it wasn't fast, it came out nice and hot. Overall very satisfied with my last purchase.

Went today towards San Diego and stopped here for breakfast. We got the breakfast Jack combo and a croissant sandwich and it was pretty good although the hash Browns were a bit Burnt. Still, the food was good.

Very nice and personable manager at 1230 in the morning! I had to drive 5.5 miles since the first one I stopped at was closed. Well when it is time to eat and nothing else is still open. I got a good deal and headed back to the apartment that I was watching for my daughter and her husband since they were out of town and they had gotten a new kitty and didn't want to leave her alone. Nice little girl too at least once she gets to know me better.

Jack in the box was my first fast food experience. It was my first sleep over night ever. My first best friend, and the first taste of store made french fries! I was in heaven back then and I still feel a little bit of nostalgia when I visit and enjoy my jumbo jack with cheese. The guest seating offers different highths of tables and chairs. I have noticed an unusual plus at this particular location. Children are welcomed and respected equally. I appreciate observing this with each visit. This, I think, sets a calm and enjoyable experience overall.
The place is always clean and service is precision of excellence.
Oh! The self serve drink station is state of the art AND serves my plain sparkly water. 🥛🍔🍟 Plus breakfast is served all day. Try the wee pancakes 🥞😋😉
