Mcdonald's

Well, it's McDonald's. The main reason we went was because we heard that in Hawaii, they have Spam on the menu. I know, Spam. Apparently it is only during a breakfast dish served with eggs. We were there a little after lunch time so it was not on the menu. This was also the first time I had been to a McDonald's in maybe 9-10 years. Well, the Quarter Pounder with cheese still tastes the same! I suppose I would give it 5 stars for being a McDonald's, except I found it quite annoying that I had to have an employee unlocked the bathrooms just to go. That's just not right. Other than that, the people were friendly the food hot and fresh and it was a newer McDonald's. I suppose if you are in Hawaii on the island of Maui and you need to eat a good quick meal, Then this will fit the bill just fine.

Clean and relatively up to date, this Mickey D's is nothing special. While the parking lot is small there is usually abundant spaces if you want to venture inside. They have the fancy automatic order device so you can avoid the human contact so many find uncomfortable. The menu is typical. Somewhat higher prices than the mainland, but hey... I don't think they have Spam on the menu once you leave Hawaii. Get here early if that's your desire. Spam is on the breakfast platter. What else can I say? Oh, air conditioning and rest rooms with soap. What else could you ask as for during your Lahaina adventure? Why not 5-stars? It's McDonald's. You can and should do better.

Fast, friendly and efficient service at this location. Drive thru had two ordering stations which always tends to speed up the visits. If you haven’t already gotten the McDonald’s app, you’re not saving money and getting free food! I always love using Apple Pay to speed up the process even further... so brilliant!
