Went to this location for the first time today, and wow the employees were so friendly and kind! They were positive and welcoming to each person, and handled busy moments in an upbeat way rather than seeming really stressed or upset (as I usually see in Starbucks at home on the mainland). Their service was quick and excellent, but the cheerfulness of the team really surprised me and made me want to come back to this location.

Lots of parking, easy access in and out in just a few minutes with the app, a few more minutes for walk-ins.

Friendly team from morning to evening with recommendations and indoor/outdoor seating options. Only downsides: no restrooms (but you can visit the Mall's or Safeway's) and it can feel cramped as the lunch lines & crowds come through mid-day but that's the perfect time to enjoy patio seating.

What I love about Starbucks is the consistency, that even on vacation I know exactly what I am getting. I appreciate how quickly they got me in and out, how clean everything was and how my drink was exactly the way I wanted. What sets this particular Starbucks ahead of the others was the great service by mitch who took our order. He was friendly, prompt, and genuine. What I loved even more was his encouragement and enthusiasm for his coworkers, telling them they are doing a great job under pressure. Someone give this guy a raise and some recognition he deserves it!

Bought a Hawaii water bottle here. They were at the top and I am really short so I asked the cashier for help and she was very friendly! Very good customer service and she was really patient when I had to get my cash out and was taking a while. Would go here again!

Exactly what you'd expect from Starbucks. Consistent and reliable. The have a good selection of collectible mugs and also 100% Kona coffee at a reasonable price.

The Starbucks Ladies and Gentlemen are always blending up your favorite coffee/cooler drinks with a Sweet/Tasty persona everyday here on Maui! Starbucks NO KA OI!🤙😷☕🍹

I am not a coffee person but I was getting a gift certificate. The first thing I noticed was about 10 customers standing around drinking coffee and laughing. The staff was upbeat and friendly. It appeared clean. Not a fan of the music but then again I am stuck in the 50s and 60s. Appears to me to be the place to go for a good cup of coffee.
