Pizza Hut

Placed order over the phone at 10:59 am for a 11:30 carry out order. I arrive at 11:31 and they do not have my order. The employee at the window says it is not her fault and blames the "Call Center". I ask if they can deliver the pizza because it will be at least another 15 minutes before it is ready. The delivery location was 2 miles or 5 minutes away from Pizza Hut. They say no issue and we will bring it out. They then charge me $2.99 for delivery fee and refuse to waive it. I didn't want the pizza delivered and I wanted it earlier and now you charge me extra when Pizza Hut messed up the order. Not sure they understand customer service at this location. Update.....I have now emailed the customer service line as advised by their reply 3 times with no response. Evidently the customer service level there is equivalent to the Pizza Hut in LaGrange.

Hands down the worst pizza I've ever had. I ordered a big dinner box. The wings were good but the pizza was just plain bad. 2 medium pizzas had a total of 6 pepperoni, combined, and almost no cheese. They were basically 2 medium loves of bread. No flavor and ice cold. I miss the days when pizza hut was a great. You're better of getting McDonald's, at least you KNOW that's garbage.
