Tell me why these folks gave me a bowl of spoiled apples? I was trying to look for the expiration date but there isn't on on the bowl. Either way they should be able to tell that fruits are bad when they're discolored. They probably couldn't smell it (it smelt pretty bad). The chicken biscuit was good though.

Was in drive through was told it was shift change. Which I understand and was happy to wait while it was done. After about 5 minutes they said they were ready to take orders but was cash only as the card reader was not working. As I had no cash on me I couldn't get my order. I should have been informed about the card reader before having to wait all that time! Will not be a customer of Wendy's in LaGrange anymore.

The customer service was terrible to the point of being rude. The worker at the window never said thank you. Even when I got my food and was about to leave I made them aware I asked for no ice. She gave it back with no response and so I asked for my change which was a dime. She smacked her lips which was extremely rude. I am big on good customer service and that wasn't it.

This place is a joke. They have 10 people working and no one is doing anything. Food was cold, the entire place was dirty and it was a very nice new building. No napkins, ketchup, condiments. Trash overflowing in every bin, dirty diaper in parking lot, fingerprints on every window and door. Just nasty.

On our wedding night my wife turned down eating at the best restaurant in Daytona . She wanted Wendy's. That was 44 years ago.

African American server at window with piercings in her face is very rude and I will not return to this location or another Wendy’s. She is rude to customers and made comments at the window to other employees while we could hear her in the drive thru. Customer service is not available at this location and every time I go to this location throughout the week she is rude. Will also tell other people to go to this Wendy’s anymore.

Fast sevice, sweet people, but I ordered a bacon chicken sandwich and when I got home I had a wierd bacon sauce like cheeseburger. I did not like it at all, but It was clearly a misunderstanding and I will still be back.

First order of Baconator Fries were served cold, when asked for a new one the crew gave a can't be bothered look, did get warmer fries though. More than half the crew were not masked, one girl was eating right off the prep table. After seeing that I dumped my Dave's Double and left, disgusting!
