Milanos

Ordered our usual once a month pizza. Family Special #1, pizza with 5 toppings. One topping we ALWAYS order is extra cheese. This pizza had scant toppings and certainly no extra cheese. It was so thin there were holes in the pie and the crust was so hard it was like trying to tear a book. The chicken wings had rubbery skin and some weren't cooked all the way through. Am hoping this is a one time glitch but am now a little gun shy!

I have never left a bad review & I hate leaving this one. I usually love & look forward to anything Milano’s. Today was a major shift. I spent $35 for a pizza & salad & had to call back to make sure they didn’t overcharge me. There was a menu price hike….so I expected AT LEAST the same quality, for more money. This is a FIVE topping pizza. It barely has enough cheese to hold the tiny amount of toppings on. The dough is pretty soggy & floppy. The salt content is actually burning my lips & tongue. I’m super disappointed. Not sure I will order from them again., esp for delivery bc the driver told me that he could be having a better day. I will say the delivery was pretty fast, but soggy,, flimsy, overly salted pizza isn’t what should be delivered. Unhappy with product/price, especially since I was looking so forward to it.

I give the pizza three stars and the deserts 5 stars! Pizza was good, as pizza should be. The deserts were crazy big and so good. We tried five different pieces- Oreo, Red Velvet, Carrot, Lemon Cake and then a Strawberry Cheesecake. All delicious. Place was jamming on a Friday night. We did takeout and only waited thirty minutes for pizza.

We were very disappointed with the service we did not receive. We sat down and was promptly served our salads. We placed our order of Chicken Alfredo and Cajun Pasta. We waited patiently for our food. A couple came in 15 minutes after us and got their steak meal. The table behind us came in approximately 20 minutes behind us , a table of 6, and received their food. They also ordered pasta meals. We got up and promptly asked for the manager. He came over. Did not apologize just stated he needed to access the situation to see if the order was ever put in or there was an issue with the kitchen. Really!!!

This place is okay. The first time you go, it seems great, but quickly feels limited and boring with repeated visits. Especially if you are gluten intolerant like I am. The Greek food seems like it’s a lot of variety - from a sampler appetizer, to a salad, to a dinner. We actually ordered all 3, but they’re all pretty much the same thing. The wings are really good, but not as leftovers. The bread that’s served is disappointing. If you get a salad with your meal, the house one is mediocre, but the Greek is really good.

All I’m going to say is I usually don’t leave bad reviews for we have enough negativity going around but, this is the second time and I don’t appreciate it . This pizza and hardly cut, so much cheese that my daughter was literally choking . You can tell the pizza was just thrown together and I’m just unhappy for we are repeated customers . Oh and don’t let me forget to mention my ordered was delivered and I tip but, my second pizza was wrong . Not even edible for the babies don’t eat pork . Won’t mention any names but, please work on your phone etiquette I understand you all may be busy and overwhelmed but, that doesn’t mean it’s okay to take your frustration out on another customer. I will say my wings are good though .
