Random hours but food is ok, staff is friendly and quick. Needs stronger management possibly to retain employee's longer.

Food was luke warm and the cinnamon roll that is supposed to be so good would have made a good hockey puck. How hard is it to get a couple of hot cheeseburgers????? It might just be me but it seems like customer service is going out the window and the window isn't the drive up window.

I want to this McDonald's to get me some coffee. When I got there the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The store also was very clean and well maintained.

Burgers was dripping in grease and sloppy made. Fries where good. Had to pull up and wait, no problem till employee dropped our food bag and then shoved it in the car window then walked off.. never again here. Love my McDonald's but not this one.

I have only ordered the 6 piece chicken nugget happy meal the last two times that I have been. I always order extra fries, because they are my son’s favorite thing. Last time they didn’t put a toy in the box. This time they LITERALLY gave him 6 french fries. He has been disappointed by them enough. I will be driving the extra mile to the other McDonalds from now on. My son only gets a happy meal on Fridays when we can afford to eat out.

After food sit out for a while it eventually gets cold McDonald's employees seem to not understand the difference between fresh and old food. Now it is not OUR "customers" fault that you guys are running short staffed. We all do at some point or another at all jobs. But the disrespect and disregard for professionalism is disgraceful. Now I will say that I can APPLAUD the MANAGER(Middle Aged Caucasian Guy) he did extremely well. HE DID NOT EXCUSE HIS EMPLOYEES BEHAVIOR but instead corrected it and showed the customers some appreciation and gratitude.
