Hardee's

Edit: I couldn't remember why I don't eat hardees anymore so I decided to go back... 16 minutes for a single chicken sandwich and my bun is charcoal. This is inedible. I won't complain about the wait time, my food is always hot and fresh. My order is correct and I am mostly satisfied. Just a couple critiques, firstly they overstuffed the bags so you can't fold the top, if you order more items than 1 meal you can't even hold the bag by the top and have to carry it from the bottom which makes things more difficult when simply using 2 bags would be better than my fries literally sticking out the top. Every. Single. Time. I'm not sure whats wrong with your bun toaster today but my bun was blackened, my bfs too. There was so much extra mayo, at least 3 times the usual amount but all I tasted was burned bread. It was so bad I went to my kitchen and used 2 slices of bread after my 2nd bite turned me off my entire meal and I couldn't finish even with fresh bread. More mayo does not unburn the bun.

I actually had one of the worst experiences at a restaurant ever. I came in with a large order, And waited FOREVER. Now, clearly, they were short staffed, and I was perfectly willing to wait. I understand the position they were in. BUT THEN the MANAGER got INCREDIBLY rude with me on MULTIPLE occasions. They had a clearly new cashier who was over her head (I have no problem with her. I felt really bad for her). Said cashier at one point came out to ask me a question. I followed her back to the counter to see if I could clear up a discrepancy, and the manager saw me come up to the counter and YELLED "WE'LL HAVE YOUR FOOD SOON!" AT ME. On top of that, we were missing food. Avoid this Hardee's at all costs.

Here at Hardee’s now and ordered for the dining room. Almost twenty minutes of listening to staff argue and not getting our meal so went back to the counter and they hadn’t even started our meal. Most staff were goofing off or arguing while one man was doing drive through orders and just started ours. I asked to speak to management, wanting a refund because we needed to leave at this point, and he yelled from back to “respect your fast food workers.” He refused to come to the counter. Very disrespectful and unprofessional.

Came in to pick up an online order. Lobby was locked. I got into the drive-through and sat for 30 minutes. I was told in the drive-through to come into the lobby. Went over to the locked door and waiting to be let in. I tried to tell him my name and was cut off and told that they were busy and I needed to take a seat. Sat in the lobby for 45 minutes while the managers wife sat in the lobby and his small children were running around the restaurant then going behind the service counter. After 45 minute wait he asked my name and turned around and grabbed a bag of cold food that had been sitting on the counter from the time I walked in and handed it to me and then walked away. One of the worst restaurants I have ever done business with. I would not recommend

I used to work at a hardees, and I love their food. This one, unfortunately is bad. I stopped by for breakfast for awhile. Gave them more than one chance to clean their act up. Problems ranged from sour tasting ham to wrong orders. The last straw, I got a couple sausage egg and cheese biscuits one morning. Got them home and there were multiple hairs in both of them. One hair looked like a pube. I never went back. 😝

If I could leave 0 stars I would. At 9:15 on 3/16/22 my family and I were on our way to Tennessee from Chicago and we don’t have a Hardee’s near us and it’s our favorite breakfast place to stop. We stopped this morning and went in to order because my daughter had to use the bathroom. We then walked up to order and there were 3 guys working in the back. With loud music playing from their phones. We were never greeted, never got our order taken and never even acknowledged that we were in the restaurant. Really ruined our morning as we were hungry and specifically waited to eat until we made it to Hardee’s
