I placed an online order and arrived to the store at my pickup time only to find out that after 20 minutes, my order wasn’t even started. One customer that was leaving as I was entering said, “they told us they’re all out of everything.” I was then told that my order wasn’t started because they’ve been out of that specific bread for more than an hour.
You would think that knowing you’re out of a specific bread for that long, more could have been made. I’m not sure how long it takes them to do that, but even so, they could have let me know before the order said “being prepped” on their tracker that they were out of a specific item.
A phone number is required when ordering online, but I was never called or notified to let me know that I would arrive to nothing being made at all.
I asked to cancel the order and left. Hopefully they at least did that.
Take the extra minute or two to just go to the Subway on Ruddell Rd that’s right down the street

The nicest people work at this Subway. And they make great sandwiches!

The sandwich maker was phenomenal. They took the time to put the sauces in little containers so the sandwiches wouldn't get soggy while waiting to be eaten later. The sandwiches were delicious

My experience at this subway was great, the employee with the long dreadlocks was very courteous , professional and prompt. My sandwich was made with perfection in a timely manner. I would recommend this subway to a friend. Thank you for the exceptional service.

I love coming to subway, the people are usually nice and get great service.
Today though, I came in and there was a girl working, flirting with the man ahead of me while making his sandwich, not a problem.
When she got to me, she was cold, came off as very sassy. She started putting the wrong cheese on the sandwich, I corrected her, she PUT THE CHEESE BACK after it had already touched half the meat. Then used the same cheese to put on my other sandwich.
Got to veggies, and she kept prompting me with an inpatient tone "what else??", I had already told her what I wanted, she kept putting one thing on and then asking like I was keeping her. (The store was not busy at all). Im not even sure she put everything on that I wanted, even after asking her to make sure.
With my second sandwich, i said all veggie but no peppers. She paused and said "excuse me???" Like I just offended her, I repeated myself, and she begrudgingly made the sandwich.
At the register, she just set it up and walked away, didnt bother to stay for the whole transaction.
I still left a tip, because I like the store and the other employees are always nice. But dang the amount of sass this girl gave me was intense, and felt very biased since she was giggly and nice to the gentleman before me.
(Edit) also wanna add, she dropped his wrapped sandwich and offered to make him a new one, but willy nilly cross contaminated my sandwiches?

Slow workers. Over toasted bread made it hard sandwich was dry not enough sauce when asked for extra and didn't even taste as good as other subways I go to offen won't be back to this one
