They do not accept any electronic transactions at the moment. Service is really slow and they are currently using a calculator to finish cash transactions and they couldn’t even give me a receipt. Spent about 10 minutes of my time trying to figure out how much do I owe and how much change I should get back. The subway is clean and I like that, but when it comes to dealing with customers they should be more professional. Lucky I am not hard to deal with.

It's great to try the new sandwiches! Staff are always friendly. I've never been there when it was slow, bit it's never been too busy either.

Not what one would expect from a well known business, the food seems to be kept at room temperature and display isn't presentable,there were nets flying around tuna which sent up red flag for me, decided to go to Jimmy John's .

Supposed to open at 10 am have been sitting outsite since 10 am now 10:30 door still locked. Saw a guy open the door at 10:10 to walk in and relock the door. I can see being 5 minutes late but this is terrible.

DISGUSTING. No hair nets are worn by a man with entirely too much hair. We were ignored and skipped in line by other patrons. The woman working acted like everything else was more important than getting us our food. We will never return. They don’t even have the advertised promotional subs! Where is management?
