Great. The food is good and quality is consistent.
The only downside is for takeaway and delivery orders they don't provide salsa. Even if you ask for it or write it in the notes. Could be a sanitary thing, they haven't added it to bottles yet. Suggestion is to order something else as a side other than chips.
Packaging is great.

I remember this place used to be a Love's BBQ Pit Restaurant, so many years ago. Now, this location is home to the House of Joy Chinese Restaurant. This is not straight traditional Chinese, but in reality, a mix of Chinese and Korean cuisine. They've been here since the 80's and they are definitely worth a visit.

Horrible customer service. Asked to get help with app and coupon for BOGO and they asked me why I was calling and what I needed. This was the manager. Very rude when I went in. Food is horrible. Bland white rice, lettuce is old and messed up or second order. Must be a franchise because the one in parkway plaza is always good food and quail it’s service. Will never be back to this grossmont one!

I am a frequent Rubios customer, however, twice now in a row when ordered original fish tacos to go, I have found the most sad piece of fish in the tacos. I had to look to see if the fish was even in the taco it was so small - size was under the size of a fish stick. I had treated my parents to dinner this last time and I was embarrassed presenting them with this meal. I am very disappointed in their product lately. Hope other locations aren’t the same.

Not ran well at all.
$16 will get you bottom of the barrel chips... I didn’t even get a whole chip... seriously? Look I get it’s 630pm, but wow. Saturday... dinner time... and not even a whole chip? Last time I go to this establishment. The food is cooked to order which I guess they expect customers to just shut up and eat (just not the chips).
Save your money. These employees do bare minimum and get you out the door.
