Pizza Hut

Food and service were both better than expected. My previous and few experiences with Pizza Hut chains had made me think it was gross and greasy, but tried it out again at this location due to having a discount code, and everything was a great value, tasty, and not greasy. The guy who gave us our pizza at Carry-Out had glasses and longish hair I think. I wish I'd checked his name; he was exceptionally polite and I would have wanted to let his supervisor know that we were impressed.

Thank you to our driver who brought the pizza hot and fast. The pizza was the worst. We ordered double sauce double cheese. Definitely double sauce not double cheese. Pizza had not been cut all the way though.cheese slid off the pizza. Basically an inedible mess. Super weird crust which did not look like the pic online. I’m sick and tired of delivery charges because a lot of companies 1099 these guys. Anyway I won’t be back.

I stopped in to make an order request last minute while visiting family. The service was quick and the cashier was friendly. I would recommend this location. *Update from another recent visit* Not sure why, but the pizza was all around better this time around. The sauce has more flavor, my pizza was loaded with toppings and the pizza super hot when I picked it up. Nearly burned my hand on the box in fact. Very happy with the pizza quality from this Pizza Hut location!

First time ordering from them it took 2 hours to get my food, which was cold by the time it got to me. I contacted their customer service and received two coupons for free pizza as an apology . When I went to redeem one in person the cashier was so rude and would not believe it was real. Once I mentioned it being from corporate she changed her tone. The order ended up taking 40 minutes in store. Don't think I'll be going back to redeem my second coupon if this is what they consider good service.

I came in asking about the 5 dollar menu. To my dismay I had to buy 2 other items on the list and I'm going solo and not trying to go into a food coma. The guy behind the desk tells me that I'd only be saving a dollar on the calzone I wanted so I wouldn't be saving much unless I was eating with someone. Well, I placed my order for the full price and had a call and stepped out for a bit so as not to be rude to any others. No one really likes hearing one sided conversations even if they realize I'm on call. Apparently I was outside longer than I thought because the guy who took my order also brought it outside to me. What a swell guy Guillermo is. Outstanding customer service.

This pizza hut will not deliver to the utc even though it is the only pizza hut around. I offered to pay/tip extra for the delivery and they said no, too bad, we know youre hungry have a good day. Terible customer service, terrible business model, terrible excuses, and every reason to buy from their competitor and leave multiple bad reviews. I live less than 10 mins away, there is no valid reason to deny a paying customer the short delivery. I will never buy from here, or any other pizza hut again, I will instruct my friends and family to do the same and will hope you drive all your other customers to dominos, papa johns, and evry other pizza place that is not Pizza hut, in the same way you rudely drove me away.
