McDonalds that is actually open late downtown...I was impressed with the staff taking my order and handing my food and drink to me.
Also, their shake machine works...
Oh, food was on brand and nothing out of the ordinary.

Rowena was AMAZING!!! ( I really hope I’m spelling her name right). She deserves ALL the recognition!!! The night before they were pretty busy and they forgot part of my order in the drive through. I came back the next day just to ask for the difference. Rowena helped me out and made sure I left with a smile! Best customer service I’ve ever received, I live down the street and will definitely be coming back! Only McDonald’s I go too! Thank you so much for your kindness!!!!

I go there once in a while for their ice coffee, pan cakes & ice cream cones. Friendly staff & the dining area is kept clean, but no security guard.
It is located where a lot of trouble makers are roaming around the restaurant. I think this franchise is making good profit because it is always busy, I’m sure they can afford to have a security guard for the safety of their customers, especially the students who goes there to eat.

Not much to share. I went through the drive thru. Service was good. The food is basic Mickey D's there is a bunch of parking, not much else to say

Food is pretty decent, sometimes they rush and just slap the stuff together. Did see a customer come up once to have their food remade because they found a hair in their burger though.

Food was yummy and served at the perfect temp. And omg they had the mcchicken! We dont have them in Texas. It was my husbands firat time eating it and he loved it. The drive thru cashier was nice and the person was so sweet. She made my day honestly. Quick service and accurate. She made sure to give the correct order. Great drive thru experience!

Jessica is outstanding as I caught her before delivering our food coming out to the mobile section realizing they forgot something and I thought it was really cool she did that before simply passing it off to us with the missing toy for my child. Great customer service at this location! Majority of the staff have been exceptional -especially the long-term ones!

I usually DoorDash from this McDonald’s but tonight me and a friend decided to drive over there. Someone was being VERY rude to the staff through the drive-through window and we were a little upset over that. A minute or two later when it was our turn we were greeted with amazing service by Rowena! She is so funny and so fantastic her customer service and her staff were amazing! I usually don’t leave reviews, it’s very rare..but being in the service industry myself, great service is always super appreciated and I love to give credit where it’s due! Thank you Rowena you and your staff are fantastic! Xoxo

Very clean and nice! Robert helped us and multiple customers at once. We are very grateful to have met such a wonderful team who made our experience great! We will be coming back for some more deals as we got 2 burgers for 3.99 :D
