Domino's Pizza

I accidentally placed at order at this location. I usually order from Middlebrook. I will make sure I never make that mistake again... As other people have stated, it took 2 hours for delivery. The Domino's website literally says 30 minute delivery, so if that cannot be met it needs to be removed from the website or we should be called AS SOON as the store receives the order to make us aware. Also, part of my order was out of stock but it took them 1.5 hours to call me to tell me that. Then, when I called them back to inquire about my order the person that answered was rude and acted like they had no possibility way to help me. Then they hung up on me while I was asking a question. Very rude! The only reason I'm giving a 2 star rating is because they sent me a substitution for what was out of stock and supposedly they are issuing a refund for my order.

Fantastic customer service and great workers. I had a huge issue with another domino’s location that was closer to my house and spent an hour trying to call all the locations close to me and customer service and yet no one would answer. The sutherland location was the first place to answer and they were kind and patient as I explained my problem at the other store. They weren’t sure if they could do anything at first to help, but they managed to find a solution to my problem without sending me around the ringer. They made my food quickly, we’re super friendly the whole time, and so understanding. Couldn’t have asked for a better set of people to help with a very stressful situation. Also they made my pizza and it was top tier Karen and Dalton are great and I would only recommend this dominos location going forward.

I ordered online while waiting at a shipper. My husband and I are OTR truck drivers. After ordering online I call the store to ensure my chicken is cooked to my liking as I do with every Domino's. I spoke to a gentleman and he assured me it'd be done. I asked for the wings to be ran through 3 times and then sauced ready for delivery. I never have issues with this request but this store didn't listen at all. My call was for nothing. The food is delivered and I hand the guy cash only to get back to my truck and be disgusted with gooey chicken. I then cll in and speak to the same gentleman who I originally spoke too. He apologized but bc they only have 1 delivery driver it was nothing he could do besides offer me free food. I didn't want free food. I was hungry which is why I ordered something my hubby and I knew we'd enjoy. Well turns out that wasn't the case. Then the guy hung up on us on a drop of a dime when asking how do we ensure our food will be replaced next time we're in the area. I didn't bother calling back. Disgusted at my food and the service I was provided. $40 down the drain. Oh yeah did I mention the food was cold as ice.

How can the “ driver “ only one working get into an accident tonight as well as about 3 weeks ago? Why in the world say something that is sounding like a lie. Place an order @7:56 get a call @ 10:22 that they are unable to deliver ? The same exact thing happened almost 3 weeks ago? Short staffed I believe but it is ridiculous to make someone wait 2 and 1/2 hours for something they knew wouldn’t be delivered
