Subway

Definitely the worst subway in the area. I've loved subway for years. And always give them a second, third or even 12th chance.... best thing is to drive to Seymour, down Chapman hwy toward Knoxville or even or on Alcoa hwy, even with the drive you'll get better food, better service and it'll probably take the same amount of time to get your food....

The new gentleman Gary, has by far the best customer service I've ever experienced. I noticed while walking into Walmart this day him cleaning everything while the other employee did absolutely nothing!!! I frequent this walmart alot and never see anyone actually working the front. Normally everyone is standing around or not at the front at all.. Hopefully this subway store can keep this guy around.

I go to this Subway often and everyone is really friendly. I hate to seem like I’m being extra picky but it drives me crazy to go in there to get food and to see the workers shirts that they’re wearing rub up against food. I’ve walked out before due to that. The shirts the workers wear are the same shirts that are exposed to different things. Aprons are worn by employees but not over their upper body. I also feel workers clothing should look like it hasn’t been worn for several days. I quit going to a Subway near by due to a worker having animal hair all over his shirt. I like this restaurant just that one thing that bothers me. Maybe I’m just too picky.

I went today and two people were there. But one ran off in Walmart and she left the slowest guy with a line of people. She then stopped and talked with some one. At one point the guy had to wave her down like an airport attendant waving people to land. This place is terrible. Now that taste wasn't bad but I asked for banana peppers and he said, "We're out you can't have any". This was at lunch time so I'm guessing they did absolutely no prep because they were out of veggies. This isn't first time. The people there act like they don't care and then they show you that.

Need more staff, but the staff they have are nice. I was in there a couple of weeks and I give the girl working 5 stars but the reason for 3 is because the other person a manager, I think, was not helping until the line was almost gone. That girl who was working basically by herself deserves a raise.

There's nothing like a good Subway sandwich! It does seem like the $5 footlongs aren't as available at as they used to be like there aren't as many choices for them and it is true most of the sandwiches do taste the same but I love their cookies and I do love it options they give you for what to put on your sandwich and their bread is great as well. Yes there's other sub shops that are way better and price here but you can't be a good Subway!

Just stoped in while on break work here on 8/27/2018 Heavy set guy ! Doesn’t wash his hands ! Complains the whole time it took 20 mins to make 1 sandwich ! Thanks to my 30 min lunch break I work another 6 hours starving ! It’s sitting on his phone in the front ! Tells us a worker is late and he was suppose to leave an hour ago ! I just wanna eat and spend my money in a place where I feel welcome! He says bread is doughy and he’s not trained enough to be working the sand which artist position
