Jacob is an absolute GEM!! I met him when he trained at my particular Starbucks in Williamsburg, VA. He said he was training for the Starbucks in the Outer Banks, but I didn’t catch which one. If you have him, cherish him! Thank you again, Jacob and I will definitely be paying it forward.

The manager was wonderful, informative, pleasant and knowledgeable. I learned new information about the coffee bean, it was fun hearing about the roasting process.

Fast and extremely courteous. Line can get crazy but customers outpace a reasonable production time. Make sure you tip. Just because you're cranky or hungover don't take it out on staff.

Of course for the longest time this was the only Starbucks in OBX. I still continue to go here, cause I need my coffee fix asap. No matter how busy they are they are on point. They are organized enough to be able to listen to your drink and get it right by time it's handed to you, which should be a normal thing, but not all starbucks are capable of that. The store is clean, organized, staffed and courteous.

Okay so first and foremost... don't judge me! They had a nice wide variety of tumblers to choose from and I went a bit over board. Secondly, in my part of NC it's hit or miss to find this type of variety and 30% off!! I did good though, I almost walked out with that ombre pink and purple!! You see the trend yeah I'm a purple girl at heart. But other than that, lovely experience. Staff thought we were crazy (in a good way). We left and bought three people back! LOL!! Quick, fast service and we did actually purchase drinks!
