Messed up my order. I can’t believe how can someone offer a cold tea - not even warm but just room temperature. When I asked for compensation, I was offered nothing but a replacement. Tim Hortons can do better. I know they have had in the past but this is outrageou!

Avoid this location delivery. Excess wait times. Not even once I have gotten here and the order is ready.
Minimum wait time is more than 15 mins.
I wish there is a half star availability to rate them.

Really worse service. It’s okay sometimes it’s busy but it doesn’t mean you’ll behave RUDE to customers. The guy in the morning shift was SUPER RUDE. Even the service was 👎🏼

Worst service ever! Slow. Lots of workers just standing around. Workers don't take their job seriously. This is a regular pit stop for us on our way out of town. We will no longer be stopping here.

Every time I go there cleaning the hot chocolate machine. Or there out of things like coffee or pastries. They need more time coordination when there peeping food and drinks. Your a Tim Hortons it should be rare to be our of the most common things if your timing things correctly and have enough staff working. Because what happened to face to face customer service being important. Tired of being ignored at the counter for drive threw. And usually always missing something when I go threw drive threw hens why I go in to order ! 😡

Today morning, 13-02-2022, 06:45am. I ordered through drive thru medium French vanilla and cheese cursed, and there was no rush in drive thru but the guy took 5 minutes to prepare a small order. Moreover, cursed had so much butter on it. He packed it in double brown bag but butter was coming out of the bags. I was very disappointed. If you had a bad night don't make anyone's bad morning.

About more than 8 staff members working at this store at a time and literally no one cares to take an order at the front. And I could see no rush in their drive thru either. No sure why so busy then!
