Mcdonald's

My wife and I were waiting in the Drive-through the line up was barely moving so we had some time to look around. The view of the back of the store turned our stomach the line of garbage leading out the door to the dumpster was disgusting it looked like ground beef/ bread not sure but if this is what is leading out the door we could only Imagine what would be in the store so we pulled out of the line and left.

I'm here almost every day for my morning breakfast, and I'm always pretty satisfied. Their team in the morning has always been super welcoming, and the manager guy I always see is always friendly. Of course you're going to get a few errors now and then, they've given me the wrong protein in my breakfast sandwich or forgot my hashbrown or something small like that, but never something so terrible that I felt the need to jump on and give them a 0 star review. And out of the hundreds of times I've been coming here, they've probably made an error maybe a handful of those times. Occasionally I am asked to wait in the drive thru parking spot for my meal, but usually it comes within 5 minutes. The only suggestion I would make, and the only advisement, would be if you're a wheelchair user or need accessible parking, the accessible parking spot there sucks. It's basically a regular parking spot with part of it cut off for a "walkway". It's not entirely accessible.

I just went into this McDonald's last week, this McDonald's still did not have cappuccino or lattes, bathroom was filthy with no toilet paper in first stall, handicap door did not have working latch, hand sanitizer at door still empty. You must wonder the sanitation procedures of the staff. Sad that I have to drive to another McDonalds when this one is only a block away. Just days after posting this review, latch was repaired on bathroom stall, toilet paper in 1st stall, hand sanitizer at front door. Still no lattes or cappuccino. Actually, the morning of July 13th, there was a district manager (what appeared to be) he was addressing all items and was putting this McDonald's back into ship shape order. Like a real captain. I think this should be done as a surprise drop in a couple times a month. Great job!!!!!!!!!! Changed my review from 1 star to 3 stars. With hopes of seeing 5 stars soon.

I went there just after 9 tonight, i couldn’t hear almost anything the order taker was saying, after repeating myself multiple times on what i wanted i was still given the wrong dipping sauce and drink. i ordered a ten piece nugget combo and one of the nuggets was just a rock hard corner of a nugget and the rest were cold. always terrible customer service as well.
