We ordered via the App however when we got to the location, their system had not received the order. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and ensured that our order was ready for us within a reasonable time period. I've been to this location many times for family orders but by far, this was the best experience we have had with the staff. They are to be commended for getting things done right despite being extremely busy in the store with walk-in orders and online orders. The place is also extremely clean and well maintained. A pleasure to deal with them.

Our Crispy chicken sandwich looked like it came from a kids menu, small, hardly if any sauce and no pickles on one and fries were soggy even though we were supposedly waiting on fries for our order. Visited the Gateway location a couple of weeks ago and loved the sandwich from there. Definitely won't go back.

Ordered here off of Doordash. It took them 40 minutes to prepare my order and the driver only took 5 to deliver it. They completely ripped us off on portions, forgot part of the order, and the rest was cold. Don't ever bother with this location, they're awful and you'll be disappointed every time.

Today I ordered a 4 piece meal and paid 14.11. My chicken was not cooked thoroughly. I spoke to the manager and she said she couldn't help me because I touched the meal. How would I know it wasn't cooked without touching it? I believe this is a health code violation and will be filing a complaint with the appropriate authorities.

I love popeyes. Their food is amazing. However, this restaurant has had made me wait too many times for my food. I work in customer service myself and i know that sometimes it gets busy and delays are caused, so when it initially happened to me for first few times, I didn't hold it against them. But then there was a pattern and that is quite annoying. I'm not sure if the employees aren't working properly or if they are being short staffed. If there are less people in then get more employees in. Or it they're not working properly then push them to do it better or make sure that they are respectful towards other peoples time. I hope this restaurant improves on its delays.

Truly the worst fast food restaurant I have ever visited. I Ordered mac and cheese, 3 tenders and garlic mayo. I was told they didn’t have Mac and cheese or garlic mayo so it should not be advertised that they do. I waited 30 minutes for my 3 pieces of chicken and when I received it, I went back to the car with my friends and we noticed that the one person got shrimp instead of chicken which they cannot eat and the chicken we received was not properly cooked at all and was partially raw. I also was not given my cup and when I told them I didn’t get a cup the manager yelled at the cashier and told her she keeps messing up and to do her job properly and was very disrespectful. This place is super poorly run and needs a health inspector to go in as they are not properly temping there chicken before serving which is a restaurant standard.
